Product information management built in: one master record per product with pricing, units, weights, brand, category, photo, every cross-reference part number a customer might quote, and the vendors who supply it. - A master record per product: SKU, name, description, status, cost, list and sell price, unit of measure, weight, taxability and a product photo
- Part-number aliases, so a search by any cross-reference number finds the part
- Brands and categories kept as managed lists, not free text
- Multi-vendor sourcing: each supplier's cost, vendor SKU and lead time, with a primary vendor
- Usage on every product: times quoted, ordered, invoiced and purchased, units sold, last sale and margin
- CSV import with a dry-run preview, and export, including stock on hand
- Publish to your website per product, and mark what is sellable online
- A public products feed with search, brand and category filters, stock status and a sitemap for your site
