Services

27nodes provides e-commerce implementation services, including but not limited to:

  • E-commerce platform implementation (Shopify Plus, Square, Squarespace)
  • Product Information Management (Akeneo PIM, ProductsUp, Widen DAM)
  • ERP integrations and workflow automation
  • Cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Custom development and integrations

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in separate project agreements or statements of work.

Project Agreements

All client engagements are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work that specify scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other project-specific conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The 27nodes website, including its content, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by 27nodes and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client Work

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work product created specifically for their project. 27nodes retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any other information designated as confidential.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Work may be paused for overdue accounts

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, except as expressly stated in a project agreement:

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results
  • We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or APIs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 27nodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 27nodes from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for all work completed and expenses incurred.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the website's operation or security
  • Collect or harvest any information from the website without permission

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms and services (such as Shopify, AWS, Akeneo, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
