Payments with Stripe
Each company connects its own Stripe account. Every sent invoice gets a pay link and a QR code; the customer pays on a page with your branding, Stripe confirms, and the invoice marks itself paid. Checks and wires are recorded in the same history, and event tickets sell through the same account.

- Connect your existing Stripe account from Settings with Stripe Connect — 27ERP never stores a card or your secret key
- The money goes straight to your Stripe account; 27ERP takes no cut of the payment
- A pay link and QR code on every sent invoice, keyed by an unguessable token rather than the invoice number
- The amount always comes from the invoice on the server, never from the customer's browser
- Stripe's hosted checkout, confirmed by a signed webhook that marks the invoice paid on its own
- Checks, cash and wires recorded by hand, next to card payments in one payment history
- Receivables, the dashboard and the A/R aging report read the same records
- Event tickets are sold through the same connected account
