The Challenge
Syntax Summit needed a central platform to manage their growing developer community — from event promotion and attendee registration to photo galleries, speaker submissions, and sponsor management.
- No central hub for the community — event info scattered across social media and Eventbrite
- No way to manage speaker submissions (Call for Papers) or track attendees digitally
- Organizers needed an admin dashboard for event creation, attendance tracking, and sponsor management

Event Management System
Built dynamic event pages with workshop details, instructor bios, prerequisites, and direct Eventbrite registration links — all manageable from an admin dashboard.
Admin Dashboard
Created a full admin panel with JWT authentication for managing events, tracking attendees, handling speaker submissions (Call for Papers), and managing sponsor listings.
Community Showcase
Designed sections highlighting organizers, community champions, sponsors, and a Flickr-integrated photo gallery displaying past event photos.
Animated Modern Design
Built a visually engaging site with GSAP animations, scroll-based reveals, video hero backgrounds, and a responsive design that reflects the community's energy.
